Kanyoning is a combined activity of sport and adventure including good skills in swimming , diving, hiking and walking through water and on rocks. The clean and turquoise green water of the river Rakitnica, narrow slopes and corridors, vertical cliffs with various forms of rock formations, incredible waterfalls, and the diversity plants and animals are just one part of what makes this sport attractive and entertaining. The Rakitnica River Canyon is physically, technically and mentally demanding, full of adrenaline and surprises. It's the second deepest canyon in Europe. Between the mountains Bjelašnica and Visočica, Rakitnica flows with a unique altitude difference of 800 m.
